Heating units are available for both round and square pipes.

The EFR (230 V) and EFRS (3×400 V) models are suitable for round motors.

Equipped with AISI 304 stainless steel heating elements with a power of 2.5 W/cm² and an airflow of 2 m/s

The set includes a thermostat rated for 30…+87°C and overheat protection rated for +125°C.

Various types of ventilation air heaters – ventilation air heating:

EFR

Heating of ventilation air for air-heating systems, including heat recovery systems for excess heat in homes or in other applications involving ductwork systems.

The channel section is a round hot-dip galvanized steel pipe with rubber sealing rings at both ends. The junction box is made of electro-galvanized steel and is equipped with M20 cable glands (IP44). The heating elements are made of AISI 304 (stainless steel). The junction box features a built-in single-pole thermal limiter (30–87°C) with automatic reset and manual reset (125°C).

EFFK

A heating element designed for installation in a square duct as part of air conditioning, heat recovery, and/or ventilation systems. The duct section is made of hot-dip galvanized steel; the junction box is integrated into the duct section and features an IP22 cable entry.

The heating unit features a thermostat with automatic reset and a fire thermostat with manual reset. The heating section is divided into groups (3 or 4), depending on the heating unit’s capacity.

EFF

A special rectangular duct heater design, for example, for ventilation and process systems.

The duct section can be manufactured from various materials as desired—choose between hot-dip galvanized and stainless steel. The junction box can be manufactured to meet various protection classes, from IP22 to IP66. The heating elements are made from various grades of stainless steel, tailored to the specific application. For high-temperature surfaces (up to 800°C), INC800 or INC600 is used as the material.

EFRS

Same as EFF, but for circular channels.

EFFL

Same as the EFF, but with an airflow path between the junction box and the duct section.
For use in ducts with temperatures above +70ºC.

EFI

A ventilation air heater designed for installation in the ducts of existing air conditioning units, heat recovery systems, and ventilation systems, where the heater can be removed without disassembling the duct section.

The junction box is equipped with a mounting plate that meets protection classes IP22 through IP66.

The heating unit features a thermostat with automatic reset and a manual-reset fire thermostat.

Heating of Ventilation Air – for Air Handling Units (AHU)
