1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern all transactions made through the online store heatex.ee(hereinafter the “Online Store”).
1.2. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users who make purchases in the Online Store.
2.1. All products available in the Online Store are displayed on the product pages along with their respective prices.
2.2. Product prices include value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with Estonian law.
2.3. Shipping costs may be added to the online store prices; these are calculated based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method.
3.1. To place an order, the user must select products, add them to the shopping cart, and provide the necessary information (e.g., shipping address and payment method).
3.2. An order is considered placed once the user has selected a payment method and completed the payment.
4.1. The online store accepts various payment methods, which are displayed during the checkout process.
4.2. The payment process is secure, and all payment data is protected by encryption.
4.3. If a payment fails or there are issues processing an order, the online store’s customer service team will contact the buyer.
5.1. Products are shipped to the buyer after payment for the order has been made.

5.3. The online store is not liable for delivery delays if they are caused by the carrier.
6.1. The buyer has the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the goods have not been used and are in their original packaging.
6.2. Returned products must be in their original packaging, and the purchase price will be refunded to the buyer once the return process is complete.
6.3. A written request must be submitted for a return, and this must be done via email to heatex@heatex.ee.
7.1. The products sold in the online store are new and comply with current quality standards.
7.2. If a product is defective or does not match its description, the Online Store is responsible for repairing or replacing the product in accordance with Estonian consumer law.
7.3. The Online Store is not liable for misuse of the product, damage caused by the product, or failure to comply with the terms and conditions.

8.2. The online store collects only the data necessary to fulfill an order and protects it in accordance with Estonian and European Union data protection regulations.
9.1. The Terms and Conditions of the online store are subject to change over time, and the buyer must review the current terms and conditions at all times before placing an order.
9.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with Estonian law, and such disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the Harju County Court.
