High-intensity quartz lamps provide short-wave quartz halogenand medium-wave quartz-tungsten gas lamps, providing the highest temperatures required for any rapid process, including paint curing in the automotive industry and even extreme heat testing.
These powerful, fast-responding elements heat up in seconds, and the input power is immediately converted into efficient radiant heat. Their precisely controllable output is particularly well-suited for molding and curing plastics, as well as for short-cycle directional heating systems.
Our complete selection of quartz-tungsten and quartz-halogen elements is CE-certified to ensure full quality assurance and compliance.
Quartz lamps are available in short, medium, and large sizes. These infrared emitters operate at temperatures up to +1500 °C. The emitters have a maximum wavelength of approximately 1.6 microns, with a maximum output power of 2000 W.
The quartz lamp is equipped with R7 terminals. R7 terminals are located at both ends of the quartz lamp; they are used to secure the lamp to the heating unit and to provide a 240V electrical connection. Separate reflectors are also available for the infrared elements of quartz lamps.

Infrared tungsten and quartz halogen tube heaters, which operate at the same temperature as single- and double-tube heaters, provide uniform heat for curved or irregularly shaped materials.
These spot heating elements are suitable for materials that cannot be heated with a standard linear heating element. By utilizing a unique heating element geometry that matches the profile of the part or material, it ensures uniform heat distribution throughout.
Each heating element emits infrared heat in a 360° radius, but custom-shaped heating elements are available with a ceramic or gold reflective coating. The coating, which covers 180° of the surface, reflects heat onto irregularly shaped materials wherever it is needed, delivering excellent results in places where it is difficult to install a standard reflector.
For processes requiring fast response times and highly efficient heating, quartz lamps are available in a variety of non-standard sizes, output powers, voltages, and end types. The tubes are manufactured according to customer specifications.
