Each heating element consists of a durable alloy woven into a durable ceramic mold. Each FFE, HFE, and QFE converts 96% of its input power into heat, generating an operating temperature of up to +750°C, with a maximum output power of 1,500 W.
Flat ceramic heating elements provide uniform heat radiation, while arched heating elements provide more concentrated heat radiation that dissipates with distance.
All long-wave ceramic heaters are CE-marked and UL-certified. The heaters can also be equipped with a TC-J thermocouple, which ensures convenient temperature control of the heater.
