Silicone heating cables are available in both 1-core and 2-core versions. The main applications include cold room doors, areas where high temperatures must be maintained, freeze protection, heat pump defrost tanks, etc.
The heating cable is very flexible and, as a result, easy to install even in cold conditions. The silicone heating cable comes with a metal sleeve from the factory, but you can also order it without the metal sleeve if you prefer.
Silicone heating cables are manufactured by our supplier, JEVI A/S, for whom we are the official representative in Estonia. You can learn more about JEVI’s products on their website at www.jevi.dk
Heating cables can be manufactured with a power rating of up to 40 W/m.
Voltage: 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, 110V, 230V, 400V
Temperature range: -70…+170°C
The silicone heating cable is ideal for use in areas with both low and high ambient temperatures.
There are several possible applications, such as freezer covers, casting molds, post-heating of pipes and air ducts, and as supplemental heating in train cars.
We manufacture silicone heating cables according to your specifications and guarantee a very short delivery time (production time: approximately 2–3 days).
Please specify your silicone heating cable When submitting a request, include the cable length, voltage, power, and power supply length.

If the silicone heating cable is intended for heating pipes, it is recommended to insulate the pipe with insulation material to reduce heat loss. During installation, the heating cable must be secured along its entire length with aluminum tape—this ensures good contact with the pipe and prevents direct contact with the insulation material.
Silicone heating cables can generally be used for all types of piping, as their output power varies widely—ranging from 5 W/m to 40 W/m. Depending on the conditions, the maximum power is 40 W/m and a total of 13 A. For example, when installing a silicone heating cable on a plastic pipe, the power should not exceed 10 W/m.
It is also suitable for use as a heating cable in a heat pump’s condensate tray; generally, a 1.5-meter heating cable with a power rating of 40 W/m and a 1-meter power cord is suitable for this application. The heating cable is installed on the bottom of the heat pump’s condensate pan, which must not be made of plastic. This prevents the condensate from freezing during the winter months.
