Industrial ATEX radiators are highly durable and reliable heating devices that are suitable even for the harshest conditions. However, it is important to note that the surface temperature of the radiator is quite high, so it must not be installed in rooms containing materials with a high risk of ignition.
The radiator has a robust design; its heating element is a ceramic heating element housed in a metal casing and surrounded by metal cooling fins. For this reason, the radiator must be installed horizontally so that heat can dissipate through the cooling fins.
Industrial ATEX radiators have an IP65 protection rating, and the standard version does not include a thermostat. A radiator with a thermostat is also available, with the air thermostat located at the end of the radiator. If necessary, an industrial ATEX radiator can also be equipped with a PT100 temperature sensor.
In terms of surface treatment, radiators are available with an epoxy coating (painted), a galvanized finish, and a stainless steel surface.
Industrial ATEX heaters are available in temperature classes T3 and T4.
