In electroplating, heating elements with various surface coatings are used, depending on the work process. Our selection includes a variety of electroplating heating elements; the most common are straight heating elements that are hung along the edge of a tank or vat. These are called submersible heating elements—though they shouldn’t actually be fully submerged, since the “head” of the heating element has “only” an IP66 protection rating.
The galvanized heating elements we offer are of very high quality and durable. The following materials are primarily used as the outer coating for the heating elements:
A power cord of the appropriate length can be added to all galvanic heating elements . In addition, you can install a PT100 or TC-J temperature sensor, or add a level sensor, or a combination of both.
Of course, it is possible to order radiators in various shapes.
If you’re looking for electroplating products, our heating elements are just the right choice for your production!
