Heating Elements for Liquids — Our manufacturing facilities offer a wide range of products for heating liquids, suitable for space heating. From small electric heaters to large heating units. We also manufacture products certified for use in potentially explosive (ATEX) environments.
We manufacture most of our heating elements according to our customers' specifications and needs, but we also keep a standard selection of heating elements in various lengths in stock.
Our product page contains much more information about the following:
Roofing Materials and Their Selection Based on Average and Surface Loads
Tube dimensions: 6.3 – 8.5 – 10.2 – 12.0 – 16.0 mm
Pipe lengths – up to 6 meters
Bending Drawings
Waterproofing
Connection Options – Clamping Nuts, Flange
Supply voltage – 12V to 690V
Heating elements are available with various surface coatings—the most common of which are AISI 304, AISI 309, and AISI 316 stainless steel, as well as Incoloy 800, and Incoloy 825; copper-plated and titanium-coated options are also available.
Stainless steel radiators generally offer the best performance and are long-lasting, depending on how intensively they are used.
The Best Materials for Different Environments:
AISI 304 – Oil, water
AISI 316 – Water
AISI 309 – Air, Water
Incoloy – Acid, alkali, water
The available heating elements have heating tube diameters of 6.3 mm, 8.5 mm, 10 mm, 12.0 mm, 12.5 mm, 12.7 mm, and 16 mm.
To get a quote, all we need are the dimensions and power rating of the heating element, along with a simple sketch or photo of the existing heating element.
Heating elements for various liquids can be manufactured according to the customer’s drawing or sketch. We can handle even the most complex shapes, and the maximum length of a heating element is approximately 6 meters.
Heating elements are manufactured at our various production facilities, such as JEVI A/S, for which we are the official representative in Estonia. You can view the entire product range on their website at http://www.jevi.dk
