GRIPACIM lubricant was specially developed by ACIM JOUANIN,
, to address various heat transfer issues encountered by
, particularly by users of high-load heating elements.
The metal particles in the paste help facilitate the transfer of heat
between the heating element and its opening.
Benefits
– Ensures excellent heat transfer.
– Thanks to improved conductivity, the heating element’s service life is extended.
– Prevents and eliminates oxidation of the heating element at high temperatures.
– Ensures complete chemical protection of the treated surface.
– Free of toxic substances (lead-free); not harmful to health.
– However, to avoid the risk of irritation, it is recommended to wear gloves.
– Easy to apply thanks to the tube packaging: it doesn’t drip when cold.
Technical Specifications
• A special bonding paste based on metallic copper and aluminum pigments and
semi-mineral oil, in gel form.
• A smooth, glossy paste, silver in color.
• Operating temperature: -30°C to +600°C.
• Auto-ignition temperature: 400°C (There is no danger when used on top of heating cartridges.)
Above 400°C, oxidation occurs, which promotes heat transfer)
• A paste containing additives that provide effective protection against corrosion and wear at high temperatures.
• A paste that dissolves in petroleum solvents.
• Paste consistency: Class 2 on the NLGI scale. The Echelle scale (
) allows for measuring the viscosity of industrial lubricants on the NLGI scale, ranging from 000 (very fluid) to 6 (very
uniform))
